Insharo Consultancy is actively searching for a talented and dependable Personal Assistant to join our team and provide exceptional administrative support to our esteemed Managing Partner. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including meticulously managing our Managing Partner’s demanding schedule, facilitating seamless communication channels, and adeptly handling diverse administrative duties.

  • Assisting with the preparation of various communication materials such as memos, emails, invoices, reports, and more.
  • Actively managing operational tasks related to Accounting and HR departments.
  • Efficiently scheduling and coordinating meetings, ensuring all participants are well-informed and prepared.
  • Taking complete responsibility for organizing and booking travel arrangements, ensuring seamless experiences.
  • Supporting the Partner in preparing engaging and professional presentations.
  • Accompanying the Partner on business trips and providing logistical support for smooth travel.


  • Having Bachelors degree in related fields is preferred

  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English at an advanced level is required.

  • Advanced proficiency in utilizing Microsoft Office Tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams.

  • Demonstrating exceptional organizational skills with acute attention to detail, ensuring deadlines are consistently met accurately.

  • Ability to work independently and exhibit excellent multitasking abilities, effectively managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Possessing strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Exhibiting strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills are essential for success in this role.

  • Being adaptable to flexible working arrangements.
