HR Recruiter Specialist

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of recruitment processes, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to sourcing top talent. Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates across various roles and departments.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates using various recruiting methods such as job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
  • Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting job ads on relevant platforms.
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews, assessing skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and provide timely feedback to candidates and hiring managers.
  • Conduct reference checks, negotiate offers, and facilitate onboarding processes for new hires.
  • Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline using various channels: job boards, social media, networking, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies.
  • Utilize applicant tracking system (ATS) and other HR software tools to track candidate progress, manage job postings, and generate recruitment reports.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies throughout the recruitment process.
  • Track recruitment metrics and prepare regular reports for management review.
  • Support onboarding processes and assist new hires during their transition.
  • Develop and implement creative and effective recruitment campaigns to attract diverse talent.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements related to recruitment and employment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in recruiting or HR roles, with a demonstrated track record of success in sourcing and hiring top talent.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS, and other HR software tools.
  • Familiarity with employment laws and best hiring practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and team members.
  • Proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with MS Office and recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
  • HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.

Compensation & Work Environment:

  • Location: Egypt
  • Budget: $350 per month.
  • Work Schedule: 8 hr/day Monday to Friday (11 PM – 7 PM Türkiye Time) – 4 hrs/day on Saturday.
