Sale Associate Deva Clinic

In this position, you will be working with our client, Deva Clinic. We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Associate to engage with potential leads for Deva Dental Clinic, targeting clients in the USA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound sales calls, ensuring high conversion rates, and providing top-tier customer service. This role requires previous call center experience, preferably in a dental clinic serving the USA or Canadian markets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential leads generated through marketing efforts and paid campaigns.
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls professionally and efficiently.
- Follow up with leads to convert them into booked appointments or sales.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales processes.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure a high level of client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to optimize lead conversion strategies.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.
- Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value proposition to customers.
- Actively listen to customer needs to find the best solutions to address their specific challenges.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve ambitious goals and maintain relationships.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and beyond.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, previous call center experience, preferably in a dental clinic targeting the USA or Canada (B2C).
- Female candidates are preferred.
- Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and results-driven environment.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking software is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with potential customers.
- A presentable appearance and professional demeanor to uphold the company’s image and represent.
- Demonstrated analytical skills to assess sales data and make informed decisions.
- Proven negotiation skills to close deals and handle objections effectively.
- Exceptional customer service abilities to address client needs and resolve issues.

Compensation & Work Environment:
- Budget: Up to $300 per month.
- Work Schedule: 9 AM – 5 PM, with hours aligned to the USA time zone. Egypt time: 4 PM – 12 AM
- Location: Egypt
